WELL...PERSONAL EMAILS HELP!!

FINALLY......SENT EMAIL TO HER PERSONAL ACCOUNT(HAD IT FROM A YAHOO GROUP)...DOUBLE CHECKED MY CELL PHONE..YEP,IT WAS HER PHONE NUMBER ON THE STORE CONTACT US PAGE. 
YOU KNOW..THERE ARE TONS OF WEB STORES ...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT...HOW COME SHE DOESN'T CHECK FOR ORDERS? IF SHE "REALLY" DIDN'T GET MY EMAILS,PERHAPS SHE NEEDS TO TALK WITH WHOEVER DOES HER STORE EMAILS. REALLY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME!  WHEN THE EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION COMES..AT THE BOTTOM IT SAYS,IF YOU HAVE AMY QUESTIONS, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL....SO,THE EMAIL ADDRESS WILL SEND CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER,BUT SHE DOESN'T ANSWER THE REPLY EMAILS?...JUST SAYIN'...........! 
BELOW IS THE RESPONSE i GOT ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER MY  EMAIL......

I am sorry I never did get an email from you. Ill have to look at my account and see what's going on. I'm not sure who you talked to but I never got a call either?! I'm stumped!

Sorry for all these troubles I just got the site up on the day you ordered and it was completely up and running. 

I'VE WAITED SO LONG,IT'S BEEN SUCH AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE,THAT IT MAY BE AWHILE BEFORE I USE THE IMAGES. JUST LEFT THE PROVERBIAL "BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH".
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS SHOULDN'T TAKE MORE THAN 24-48 HRS AT THE LONGEST....OR,AM I WRONG?

This is so maddening! Good Grief! It shouldn't take more than 24 to 48 hours. I would send her your paypal receipt number just copy and paste it into your e-mail. Then if she doesn't take care of it turn her in to paypal. I have only had to do that once. It took me 3 months to get my money back but if 10 people pay her even if it is one or two dollars and she doesn't deliver she made a killing! Not to mention how hard is it to do a digital e-mail delivery! Enough of my Rant. I am sending you hugs and kisses!

Lord ! I've had a few over the years and often wonder who's running the shop !
Guess it's still buyer beware in some cases. I still find 99% are very good,quick to respond & honest.
Sorry you had trouble. Digital should be very fast !

My friend, at least she got back to you and at least you have your downloads. I know you had to go through a shitty process, though. That's the horrible part! You have to make your judgement if you want to use them or not. But, I have to admit, I am like you, if something bad has happened, I don't want to use the item, until I am happy.

Did she at least give you some freebies for the hassle? If so, I might give her a second chance. If not, she would have to have outstanding stuff for me to have another go. Life is too stressful to have extra hassles in it. Hugs, Lisa
