The Marine Mammal Center : Sea Lion Amputee Back in the Wild! click on the link!! This is one of my most favorite" rescues".. . They do marvelous work! Besides their tireless work in rescuing and rehabilitating marine mammals,they also teach and lead tours. You can also donate to help provide the large amounts of food necessary..every $1.00 buys 1 pound of fish...it takes 10 pounds per meal per animal.....any amount is so appreciated by them! you can also "adopt".... maybe a gift for someone?check them out!!!

For everyone affected by the Hurricane,know that I have you in my heart!
Maybe some good,in a backwards way,will come of this..the much needed water to areas that have been parched from the lack of water....the news today stated that some relief to the drought areas are expected .
Mother Nature gives and takes ...my thoughts and prayers are with all of you who have suffered from the hurricane.
