Eddie's waste of a "sperm donor" has petitoned child support to review his court ordered child support of $63.00 per MONTH!!! this was just signed by the judge on May 23rd!!! it is June 20th..and that ass just requested it June 18th!! mind you..he hasn't paid any of it..and it only goes back to January of this year!!!!!!!!!! he has no responsibility for any time prior to that!! REALLY ???? $63.00 A MONTH IS TOO MUCH?..AND MIND YOU, $63.00 IS THE MINIMUM!!!! EDDIE IS NOW 4...HE HAS PAID NOTHING! Hey, maybe he and the other 2's Dad should get together for the "WE DON'T SUPPORT OUR KIDS FAN CLUB"(THE OTHER DAD HASN'T PAID ANYTHING AND HE IS IN ARREARS OF OVER $32,000.00 +!!!

Eddies dad just bought a truck..he has an expensive cell phone(mine is a sony erickson..not a smartphone,no 4G...I have grandkids living with me and i can't afford it!)
COME ON CALIFORNIA...WAKE UP AND MAKE THESE ASSHOLES HELP SUPPORT THEIR KIDS!!!!!!.....NOT ENOUGH TO TAKE THEIR DRIVERS LICENSE...PUT THEM IN JAIL LIKE OTHER STATES DO...PUT THEM TO WORK CLEANING HIGHWAYS AND CITY STREETS FOR MONEY TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT..IF THEY CAN'RT FIND A JOB, LET THEM DO WORK FOR THE STATE ...HIGHWAYS,STREETS,CLEAN COURTHOUSES,ETC!!!!!!

Wonder what happened to the dad's of yesterday? Our Dad's took care of their kids money wise while the mothers stayed home and raised them..we all ate at the table together and we looked up to our dad's..they were our heros..what has happened to the men of today? I dont get it!!!!
You have a right to rant! I hope they take care of both of them altghough I don't see that happening. Sorry about that wish things were different.

Oh Ann, I share your indignation. This is ridiculous. $63.00 won't even cover food for Eddie and he is petitioning it??? It's horrible that he has not paid a dime in 4 years as well. I can't believe what people get away with and honest folks seem to suffer. I am so sorry, my dear friend.
Good for you Ann, If more people spoke up then maybe we could get some changes made.
