Thanks Ann! I just saw a headline today that the State of Massachusetts is looking at banning the sale of Escolar and taking action against mislabeling of fish. I hope they do. I am perplexed that restaurants would put their patrons at risk though. Why?
Ann, thanks so much! I went and read about the fish! Horrible what happens to the person! We as people have to smarten up, about what is being served to us!
