My friend Rick sent me this in an email...had to share!!!

So..yesterday.............

I wanted to make a skull shrine for my son. Had the images,which i had purchased from TenTwoStudios a while back. i had printed the sheet ,but not the instructions,a couple months back..silly me,thought I'd remember how to put it together. Anyway,I got everything out,bought 2 sizes matchboxes to be sure i had the right ones, cut the images .then..crap..could not remember what to do with the matchbox cover..i remembered that it was cut a certain way,but couldn't remember the specifics. So..i spent over 2 hours going through my computer looking for the image and instruction files. couldn't find them. perhaps it was "can't see the forest for the trees"..you know how it is. well,i decided to try sending an email to Lisa at TenTwoStudios to see if i could get the instructions again.I realize that if everyone did it, it would be a pain. i figured if she couldn't,i'd just order the skull shrine kit digital download again.
She responded with the rudest,most unprofessional email I've ever seen!
my problem was with her first sentence.....
i use caps frequently. sometimes i email people with vision problems,so i use caps and slightly bigger fonts...sometimes i use them because i have cataracts and sometimes my vision is a bit cloudy..sometimes i use them just because!!
at any rate.......
here are the emails.(could not increase the size without cutting off emails with badges in my right sidebar)
9-21-2013...ps..if you right click on email image,then click on open link in new tab/window..the email will open and be much bigger!!! no eyestrain!!!
oh,duh!!!..you can just click on the email image and it opens up big!!!

So..now I am just not wanted to make this shrine...the whole thing just leaves a" bad taste in my mouth". I can't believe anyone would be that offensive as to begin correspondence with a customer in that manner.
My business may not matter to her  and that's fine. 
I am just amazed in this economy that any person who owns a business would treat any customer in that manner.
Very sad,but very telling.

Seven days ago I had a quadruple bypass open heart surgery
I'm home now and healing just fine. Each day I'm better and look forward to a new life. I almost lost it guys. The Good Lord has blessed me with good family and friends and a new birthday! 
A strange thing I have thought of today is while in ICU the second day after surgery my nurse was so much comfort and helped me through this very painful time. He spent every minute watching me, touching me, comforting me and my husband. He came to see me twice after I left ICU . His name was Larry. For four days I ask about Larry and no one knew of him. He was real, my hubby talked to him so I wasn't dreaming. Was Larry an angel? Weather in spirt or not, he was to me. Without Larry I'm not sure I would have gotten through those first days

our beloved Jude.........

..has lost her long fight with neurological problems.
she could no longer walk and her quality of life was such that
she couldn't get up,no longer would eat and was now in pain.
we said goodbye and held her as our vet helped her to go over the Rainbow Bridge. she is running now with Otis and Oswald. as I held
her...I felt her soul leave..and knew she left us happy...she knew we gave her the greatest gift of love. she was such a gentle giant..part great Dane,part Lab and part Greyhound.
Now you can run and play Jude.
We were blessed to have you for the last 10 years.
You will forever be in our hearts.

the sky was covered in fireworks...for like 30 seconds...then nothing..
my son was across the street at the park...he said it was terrible.

Yesterday,my darling grandson Eddie turned 5!! a joyful day!!
tomorrow is Father's Day..to Eddie's sperm donor Ryan..fuck you! you are no father..just because you squirt sperm and make a baby does not make you a father. a father is someone who loves and cares for his child..who is there for good and bad,supportive emotionally and financially. these things you do not do. 
i was not born from my parents bodies..yet my mom and dad were ,and still are, the bar to which PARENTING is held..the "Mother Bar" and "Father Bar"....to which you do not,and I doubt will ever,come close to.
You do not deserve to breathe the same air any other true parent breathes. You are a waste of life. I pray you never reproduce again..you do not deserve to have any more children...you are not worthy. I will light a candle every day...say a prayer every day...and,you know my candle lighting has results. it may take a while...I will wait...until then, MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL,FOR I DO NOT!
To Titus and Amelia's sperm donor,Chad...ditto.Can you feel the candle burning? hot,isn't it!!!
